Mary Street Bakery started out as a twinkle in the eye of our tiny Highgate kitchen, but from little things, big things grow!
Over the last ten years, we’ve gone from a humble offering of cultured sourdough and brioche donuts to supplying some of the most talked-about cafés in the state.
In 2020, we settled into our new home, a purpose-built kitchen, where our incredible team of pastry chefs and bakers work with local producers to bring delicious new things to the people of Perth.
Mary St Bakery has truly transcended the vision we dreamt of and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate a decade of breaking bread with you!
Bread
Sourdough, baguette, semi polenta, white tin, rye, brioche loaf and buns, fruit loaf, grain loaf, turkish bread, and low gluten bread.
Donut
What we’re known and loved for — featuring our classic cinnamon donut, filled donuts (salted caramel, jam and passionfruit), and specialty flavours like lemon meringue, and 100s & 1000s. Every Monday our baker releases a new Special Donut, available exclusively at our cafes across Perth.
Baked Goods
Cakes, slices, tarts, cookies, pastries, banana bread, pies, sausage rolls and plenty more mouthwatering treats baked in-house to satisfy any cravings.
Coffee
Offshoot Coffee is a boutique coffee roaster and cafe in Hibernian Place. The coffee shop offers a range of takeaway food options, served cafeteria-style. You’ll also find Mary Street Bakery sweet standouts and savoury favourites.
